1.  The DIESEL POWER concrete pump with Mixer : 


The pumping work of Qingdao WL company trailer concrete pump is coordinated by seven major systems. All machine parts use world-class brands, Qingdao WL company quality can be seen in the details!

1. Distribution system: Brand swing cylinder, nested S-pipe valve. Spectacle plates and cutting rings are made of special wear-resistant materials.

2. Power system: The main oil pump imported from Korea Kawasaki company is adopted. 60 pumps and above use the original Rexroth main oil pump. The diesel pump adopts Weichai diesel engine.
3. Stirring system: Cement pump trailer for sale adopts high-quality stirring motor, pedal-type super wear-resistant stirring blade. After the left and right half shafts are treated, the hardness reaches HB250-280, the surface nitride thickness is greater than 0.3mm, and the surface hardness is greater than HV550.

 

4. Hydraulic pipeline and valve group: Oil pipeline from Italy Manuli is used. The hydraulic control valve of Taiwan Yuken is adopted.
5. Heat dissipation and filtering device: Oil filter of well-known Chinese HengSheng brand  is adopted. The filtration precision of the main pump oil filter is 100μm. The cooler adopts airline products, with reliable quality and good heat dissipation effect.

6. Electronic control system: The intermediate relay of Omron is adopted. Adopt well-known proximity switch.
